Because I had a post in here asking if anyone could help me by telling me how to dismantle my 766 and it was -deleted-... unless I'm REALLY blind and can't find it, but that seems unlikely.

No, this forum is not moderated by Alienware.

Try calling them, they'll help you out.

Your post was moved to the Alienware Notebook Support. If you don't see your thread, try searching it, stuff gets moved around sometimes.

theres a few AW guys that come around from time to time, theyre very helpful but arent doing it as a job, just cuz their great guys.

Juan isn't a PR guy, he's an AW employee that stops in here occasionally to help out customers with issues.

He's also very pretty.

well yeah but he seems to appear whenever someone blasts AW on cpl formus not just leisure activity

I didn't mean he's here on his own time. I think he stops in here as part of his duties.

Other AW employees post here occasionally too. AW-Richard, and David are managers, AW-Steve, and the CEO has also posted here amongst others.

Alienware's own forums are customer only, and this is one of the most popular open Alienware forums on the net. I'm sure they see this forum as a place non-customers come before they buy, and they recognize the benefit to their business and reputation to be responsive to issues posted here. It is a business.

It is gratifying as a customer that's had exceptional service and computers from Alienware to see them addressing issues here. I've recommended Alienware to lots of people, so it's good for me to see them take care of customers with issues, even here.

There are some anti-AW sites out there posting nonsense about the company, so I for one am happy to see AW respond quickly to issues that surface here, as so many people can then see for themselves that a lot of the AW bashing isn't deserved, and they won't be abandoned after their purchase.
