Actually, i wouldnt call it a gaming laptop.

That is my laptop, the MSI S270
I got it from www.xmeld.com
I also have a review up in the "Other Brand" review section. I am still waiting on a battery though.

why would they have silver keys on a white laptop! that's just asking for bad reviews on aesthetic side.
the chassis is from the old MSI S250 (which i have now). Not sure what you'll really get when it's delivered, but the new S270/1013 does support the Sempron 25w processor, so I think it's probably the S270 they're reselling. Stateside the white ones have white keys.

Also known as the MSI 1013, or the MSI S270, Xmeld sells them, the 1013 is the barebones version, the S270 is the pre-built version from MSI.

Wow, they tried to make that look very Mac like right down to the wallpaper. One question though... Does it come with the girl or do you have to buy her separately?

The Sony S series is a thin and light that features a Geforce Go 6200 GPU. That's your best bet for mobile gaming short of a 15.4" laptop.

Ew, reminds me of a Mac. Also, why don't they put a Turion in there?

I dont think anything with a 200M is a "gaming" notebook im sure theres plenty of other 10-13inch notebooks with better higher end gpus right?

1) Definitely.
2) Not that much, that I know.

Any integrated graphics is not a gaming card, at least not the way we talk about here.

The only 12inch notebook with a dedicated GPU would be an ibook or powerbook.
There are 13.3" notebooks with dedicated GPUs. Sony makes them, and the GPUs they have are better than the 200m.

Yes, X300 is the best integrated GPU 3Dmark05 gives abot 600+ points and its just kills the Intel Media Accelerator. And also the best in 12.1" class is the MSI S270 with Turion and X300...Yes and I know about iBook, pretty good graphics with 9200 or 9500 radeon but with super crappy screen and soooooo slow CPU its outdated...
The X300 isn't integrated.

"The Radeon Xpress 200M offers graphics core that is derivative of Radeon X300 technology; offering the fastest DirectX 9.0 integrated graphics platform for Intel based PCI Express notebooks." They are usually approved to be the same...

Note the use of the word, derivative. Xpress 200M is integrated whereas the X300 offers dedicated VRAM with hypermemory to supplement it.

X300 can also offer shared memory as X300SE offers 64MB shared memory...And 200m can also offer hypermemory:http://www.ati.com/technology/hypermemory.html

The X300 is not integrated. Some of the cards use hypermemory technology, which means part of the memory is dedicated, and part is shared.
