7700 - very slow network transfer rate, please help

Hello all, I recently purchased a new 7700 with 3.6g, 1gig ddr, 2x hatachi 72k on Raid 0. I've noticed that it takes very long time to transfer file from laptop to other computer in my network, and I also found out that my network card on laptop is capped at 10mps, for example, it takes abt 12mins to transfer 700mbs from laptop to desktop A, and it takes 8mins to transfer 6gig!! from desktop A to desktop B. so I really have no clue how to fix this, please help me.

thx Cjdshaw, that new driver did fixed my problems. cant belive with a brand new alienware laptop using a such old driver, and I guess their 834325324 points inspection did not include making sure driver is up to date... sigh, but thx again dude.
