Ok a bit of advice, i wouldnt reccomend calling microsoft UNLESS you can undertstand people that talk at 5742347683264 words per minute in a FRENCH accent. thats almost impossible for the average american wouldnt u agree? I called probably 15 people and hung up on 14 because i couldnt undertstand them. 1 person actully had a american accent and talked like an average person. His name was John. Anyways each person after u tell them something are like " Ok sean my name is bleh and i am a microsoft tech support agent to help you with this problem you are stating and like a paragraph more until they say but i cannot help you with this password issue then they tell u to go to their site 90% of the time!
