It controls all those function keys and buttons on the notebook

New version now works with Firefox. When press the web browser key on the notebook, it now will launch the default browser, rather than before only launch internet exploror.,

I never had a problem having Firefox launch with the 050728 version. I'm a sucker for having the latest version of anything though, so I'll install it. We'll see what happens. 6 of the 18 files were updated. FWIW.

Is anyone else having trouble turning wireless on with this version of ATK0100? All of my other buttons and hotkeys work fine, wireless can be turned off with the button but not back on. I've tried both installation methods. I removed the old version and then used windows found new hardware and I've also tried running the ASUS setup app. Same results for me both ways. Weird. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

It broke mine, too, but I re-added BK's hcontrol replacement, and all was good, after I killed the old hcontrol process and ran the new one.

hmm did you uninstall, clean registry and install the new version?

I wonder if the new BK hcontrol hack caused a conflict to it.

Heck, no, that sounds like work!

I just killed the old hcontrol process, over-wrote the hcontrol.exe, and re-started.
