Does anyone know how to like plug in a game console to the tuner and actually use it along with the tv. I tried it, but there is no like mode or whatever like on tvs. And if i try reconfiguring the tuner using the svideo from my ps2 it lags too much. Any ideas?

I have the AverMedia AverTV cardbus on my laptop. It lags somewhat, but it is very very very minimal. I also use an S-Video from the ps2. You might what to try an RF modulator for the ps2 and plug it in the coaxial input on the tuner. Alothough if this solves the lag the picture quality will look like (rap. I would personaly look into a PC Card tuner like the one i have or i think Lifeview has one too. If your USB tuner is usb 1.1 that also might be the problem.

nothing

I've tried everything, vcr RF tuner, and nothing. It all lags. Can someone please help me out here, the reason i got it was so that i could play games on my laptop from consoles, especially the xbox 360 when it comes out. Is there any way to get a faster response so that it's possible to play games. I've looked this topic up and could find nothing. If someone could please help, because dell just throws me around and tells me to call sony for other ways to hook up to the laptop.

You are gonna get lag with any of the USB TV Tuners. Return the USB tuner and get a PCMCIA tuner.
