Hi I have an Acer aspire 1353xc which I used a wireless usb to connect to the internet. However I am finding that the computer keeps crashing and failing to recognise that the computer has been used since it was last shut down resulting in any recently saved documents being lost. Ive been told its not a virus so I can only see the problem being the usb connection as it works fine on a wired internet connection.
Do you think I need drivers from Acer or just sell the laptop and get another make!
Any help would be appreciated as Acer official support is erm rubbish!
