dell upgrade?

ok i am wondering if lets say i want to upgrade my cpu and ram and wut not. can i just send my laptop into dell and will they just install the upgrades for wutever it cost or do i have to buy a new laptop?

Ram and hard drives are easy, some processors can be changed, in fact I don't know of any Dells that are soldered in these days. Graphics might be a bit more problematic.

Yup, RAM and HDD are a sinch. I have replaced both in my i8600 (upgraded actually).
