If you ever have to use Fedex to ship or recieve, just use Express, also I think you can ask Alienware or whoever to make it Signature Delivery or something. Thats kind of scary that someone can get your shit with a signature. And here at work thehy are always complaining at us to be careful with the packages because if shit gets damaged, Fedex has to replace whatever gets stolen.

It does not matter if they require a signature. i had to go out of town the week my aw was to come in. I looked up my tracking # and hoy crap. It said delivered. I clicked on the signature and low and behold. Someone had signed my name to it. I called my neighbors and they had no clue what happened to it. Well, i had called a buddy of mine to go to my house later and both boxes were there so he took them to his place. I decided to mess with the driver since he forged my signature (felony). I called fedex and told them that my boxes were not there. They called the driver and the driver said that he left it at my neighbors house. Lie #1 I then asked the driver if he check my neighbors i.d. He said he did so then i asked him if this guy is the one to sing for my boxes (my neighbor was next to me) He said no, my other neighbor must have since the guy who signed was short and fat.Lie#2 I then told him that i indeed have the boxes and he was caught up in a lie. Fedex security was with me when we were talking to the driver. I found out that it is "in their best interest to ask for i.d. but not a requirement" If someone would have stolen my laptop then the fedex would have to buy be a new one and then take out money from his check. 3 Grand would be alot. Call me an ass but something had to be done for forging my name, dropping off the boxes at my house(which sat for 2 days), and for lieing his ass off. Thats it.

This doesn't have anything to do with AW but yesterday the Fed Ex numbnuts drops off a package on my front door and it was listed for the 4th house down below. Our numbers are pretty big and black against a tan color house. Talk about dumb
