Or... just don't get a girlfriend!
And heck I did it the right way round then in that case for myself: First the XPS 2, then a girlfriend!
Then I can always use the excuse that she (XPS 2) was first hahahahhaa!
Uhhmm...
Oh dear...
So... tell me guys... am I... am I addicted or something?
(Current usage time without a break on my XPS 2: over six hours and 30 minutes... food? What's that? )

I didn't tell my wife I bought my XPS2 until it showed up, and when she asked why I needed another computer I told her is was to replace her... I slept on the couch that night.

Haha... thata boy!

The question becomes what beckons you in the middle of the night?

The snoaring broad sleeping next to you or the silver and black glistening in the moon light?

You have some balls, I wish I could do that . If order a laptop without telling my wife and then tell her it's to replace her even if it's a joke. I would be getting real intimate with the couch for maybe a week and getting used to Burger King for that same length of time.

Heh, my wife says comments like are actually one of the reasons she married me... She seems to think I'm funny, I'm not going to be the one to tell her that I'm really not.

Don't you mean you wish you could turn her ON?

Yeah, my wife said that too. We're sad.

Haha... yeah my bad Draconis.

If only Dell had a solution for that.

damn this is a funny thread

but one of the funniest things is that there's more truth to it than most of us would like to admit

I'm on it a lot simply because there is nothing to do here, and it's about 100 degrees here.

Stone... Cold... Addicted...

Don't know what I'd do without it.

Well, tell me if this sounds like im addicted:

I take my XPS Gen2 to the bathroom with me.
I have a nylon lock on my home desk so no one will take it
I sleep with my Gen2 next to me
I have named it Kathern
After waking up in the morning, I think the Gen2 smiles at me to greet another day of gaming

Theres more than that, but...........

Just imagine how addicted you would be if you were using a 9300 / XPS2.

G4: Pot

9300: Crack

XPS2: Heroin

I've ordered an XPS-2 for myself.
My wife can use the Vaio RX1 so she will be quit. (at least I hope.)

I am addicted to all my puters.
I wake up and sit behind my desk and turn on my monitor.
I go to work and spend the whole day playing with puters.
I come back from work and spend more time behind my puters.
Addicted enough ?

My wife was thinking to put a timelock on my Vaio or shutdown the complete electricity some time ago. I told her she couldn't watch TV anymore also.
I wonder what will happen when my XPS-2 has arrived.
Will she allow me to plug in the AC-powerplug or would I be only allowed to work with only one charged battery each day?
