Possibly make our Dell's touchscreen?

first i want to say thanks to everyone out there - been browsing this board for a while now and its really made my computer run perfectly

so now its my turn to contribute - i came accross this while doing some research for my company - think it has the potential to make our dell LCD's touchscreen?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=5803728326

according to the auction it'll work on just about any size - also it plugs into the USB slot - man this would be sweet!

anyone have any experience? thanks!

all the sizes indicated CRT, i don't think it would be good putting pressure on LCD's :-\

Yeah, I don't think it would work for a lappy. Would be nice, I've thought about how good a 15.4" tablet PC would be, but I don't think that is the solution. Looks good for CRT though.

NO WAY MAN, that product is designed for CRT's with a hard glass surface, you try poking the hell out of your lcd screen and see what happens

I think I'd go straight to G-Touch and talk to them about it, rather than take a chance on this auction. They do show they have LCD versions available, but I have to agree with the other posters, it looks like this auction is only for the CRT version. I have no experience with these types of units so I can't comment on whether or not it will work for you.
