Help I am so desperate right now!!!
I have a PCG-FRV31 notebook, and everytime I insert a DVD movie or a DVD-R, my computer freezes up. WHen I click the drive to open up the Cd, my computer restarts itself. Ihave to take out the DVD real quick or else it will freeze and the whol process starts all over again. Whats wrong?! I put it in safe mode, and things seem to work fine. Any input at all would help.
