ok i will do whatever i can to get this intel intergrated crap out of my sentia and put a GRAPHIC CARD in. is this possible in any way!!!?
post #2 of 23
Unfortunately not. With graphics cards its either or, and IGA basically takes the space of a modular graphics port.

An upgradeable card will require more space so that you are able to excange it, not to mention that it will require its own fan making it bigger and bulkier.

The Sentia like other machines in its size regardless of brand have integrated video cards to keep the size down.

Alright Step 1:
Locate the mystical and magical ATI Radeon Mobility X9900.
I found mine in the outer rim, but I hear the Hut's have some black market ones on Tatooine;

Step 2: Take a good steel hammer w/ fiberglass handle and gently hammer away until the integrated gfx card is no more, and you have a nice spot 4 ur new card.

Step3: Insert the new gfx card, click your left mouse button 3 times and repeat "There's no place like Iraq, theres no place like Iraq!"

And presto you have a sentia with a 48 pipline gfx card capable of DirectX 14, 12 hdmi display support, and if you overclock it it will get you laid every other day!

See easy-

really? why
post #18 of 23
because for many reasons is physically impossible..
post #19 of 23
Intergrated graphics means the video card circuitry is physically soldered to the motherboard. There is no way to replace it.
