Extreme Frustration

Greetings notebookforums members. I've been having extremely frustrating problems with my Hypersonic notebook (Aviator EX7) and generally with Customer Service and Technical Support of Hypersonic. I purchased my notebook approximately 9 months ago, and over the months I have come to the point of just completely going crazy (more than I already am with Hypersonic).

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried getting their money back from Hypersonic (after the 30 days) and had any luck with it. I would deeply, deeply appreciate it if someone would be able to assist me on this situation because this isn't helping my depression any better. Thank you.

Without knowing the details of your problems with the computer and support, it is hard to offer any sort of valid opinion on the situation.

Money Back....that would be nice

I am with you on that one....after five weeks waiting for a repair and no communication, I too would like my money back. Hypersonic customer service is terrible (in my opinion...which [sigh] is all I have)

Alison in particular never answers any of my questions (email or phone).

Probably won't go with them again! I mean alienware has a star wars special edition....that is freakin cool.
