Greetings notebookforums members. I've been having extremely frustrating problems with my Hypersonic notebook (Aviator EX7) and generally with Customer Service and Technical Support of Hypersonic. I purchased my notebook approximately 9 months ago, and over the months I have come to the point of just completely going crazy (more than I already am with Hypersonic).
I was wondering if anyone has ever tried getting their money back from Hypersonic (after the 30 days) and had any luck with it. I would deeply, deeply appreciate it if someone would be able to assist me on this situation because this isn't helping my depression any better. Thank you.
