Do the Nvidia cards have any problems like the ATI's

I just got my new lappy and am wondering if I shoiuld scrap this Ati card for the nvidia one since the damned thing only works when it wants to. And that whole 7.93 driver thing was a fiasco for me cause way to many problems and did some weird stuff when I was playing CoD. So I figure way rule out the possibilty of of the nvidia card. So please let me know if it's worth the effort or if I shoiuld just hope a pray that older drivers that arent discised as newer ones come out for the ati.

Keep in mind...COD is a new game and IT may be the reason many people are having issues. If I'm not mistaken, there has not been a patch yet for COD...right?

I personally went with the ATI (even though I've had Nvidia desktop solutions since the days of TNT Ultra 2) b/c even though we all are aware they do not have the driver support that we're accustomed to with Nvidia, they simply outperform the GoFX cards quite well. I'm willing to wait (heh, I bought an alienware...waiting is my middle name!) for the drivers to get worked out and have the card/performance I want.

On second hand, I am VERY interested to see some stats from the new breed of GoFX5700 Cards...MMMMMMM! Or how about the ATI 9600 "Pro"......MMMMMM!!!!! Either way, we've got an upgradeable video solution in our laptops! Rejoice with the banana!!!!

Do the Sager people here have the same problems with the mobility 9600? I use a 9700pro in my desktop and have had zero problems in a year of using the card, which is why I find it kind of strange that so many people are having problems with the mobile 9600.
