Help finding PACIFICBREEZE in Canada!!

I absolutely cannot find the PacificBreeze cooler everyone has been talking about. I see it on eBay but the sellers won't send to Canada or take PayPal from Canada. Anyway, has anyone had any luck finding one of these in Canada or from somewhere that will ship?
