Sorry, I'm really a newb. So you are saying like, games aren't built for 64bit chip yet? And they won't be at full potential? So like, in a year when there is a mad switching of chips or something games will be built for 64bit and be really good?

Well supposedly there will be a 64-bit update for Unreal Tournament 2003 pretty soon but other than that there are no games that support it yet. And yes, in theory once it catches on we should see games that support it which should result in better performance.
