WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT.....! ! ! ! Some more exc. pointss !!! here is the big part people!!! !!! !! i gave it in once, someone came onsite to fix it..."attempt". so i had to give it in, once. and they thought it was fixed, i kept my HD at home cuz i had some CW on it which i couldnt afford to lose, and the problem was with the sound..complex area to check if its fixed or not...cuz it might be only at certain volumes or bass levels.. and when i called them to tell them the sound aint fixed, they apologized and sent me a replacement, which i should add ..HERE IS THE BEST PART WHICH SLIPPED MY MIND to write AS i was in complete shock....they are giving me a 9300 sooooo how is DELL NOW..... This should really silence the dell haters and put a clear path for the people looking for new computer........ thank you all for ur comments

Bahh Dells are like buying Saturns. They do the job but they are ugly and leave a bad taste in my mouth.

If you love dell then jump up and sing a song from oklahoma but spare trying to convense me that they are anything other then mediocre intel slaves.

Let me see here.... your ONE example, versus customer surveys through PC World, JD Power & Associates, etc. that show Dell's overall customer staisfaction rating dropping since 2002.... for some reason, I think that the larger sample sizes would be more representative of Dell's customer support...

That ain't right. My dell 9100 had overheating problems 3 times and all they did was put me on hold for 8 hours a day for like 3 days. And I hate their dam internet chat crap.

Where's my 9300? I want me money.
