If it doesn't hurt your pocketbook too much, I would definitely go Voodoo. That NEW M460 is upgraded to be a BEAST. Do remember that you'll have to wait prolly a little over a month to get your computer, and that's if you order now. If the price or the wait turns you off, go with Dell.
But the finish, the customer service and attention Voodoo gives you is a great experience. I have had my Voodoo M-600 for about a week now, and it's incredible.
FYI - The Pentium M has a larger cache than the P4, runs cooler, and has integrated wireless. It's comparable to most P4's (I believe Voodoo says what they believe the chips are equal to, 1.7Pentium M to a 3.06 processor, etc.)
The 800 MHZ FSB will be somewhat faster than the 533FSB of any other lappy, but you won't get the faster one with dell either. The only way you'll get a 800MHZ FSB laptop is a pentium 4 or the Athlon 64 for notebooks, that's a sweet machine too.
That M460 will be a beast tho, let us know what you decide.
