SP2 Help

I keep trying to download files from download.com. I use both IE and firefox. Sometimes I can get the download box to pop up, and other times i can't. I think it may be a problem w/ SP2. I don't use a pop up blocker and my firewall if off. What can I do?

First, turn on your popup blocker and your firewall Usually there's a link on the page that you can click on so that it'll download... I honestly don't know why it wouldn't start automatically... I have SP2 on all my machines with a firewall and popup blocker, and it works fine in firefox and IE.

It may just be one of those weird random bugs you can never track down. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

If you have another firewall besides the one in SP2, turn that one on, and turn the SP2 on off. If something doesn't automatically pop up to download, try right clicking and clicking Save As.
