Help me to decide Inspiron 9300 cfg - auction - few hours remaining

I am trying to decide to buy a Inspiron 9300 in a public sale, auction, through internet, and have few hours to do that. I don´t know if I can change the video board later (I didn´t find a 256 mb board being sold by Dell). Is it possible to customize a used i9300? Change HDs, RAM and so on? I would prefer to personalize myself but it is an opportunity.
The cfg is shown below. Is already old-fashioned? What about 3DMark05? Cost? Any opinions are welcome!
