sudo apt-get install network-manager
make sure you have breezy universe sources enabled in yr /etc/apt/sources.list
after it installs it, run nm-applet in a terminal. They say that after the first time that you run it, it should take over as yr networking manager.
I couldnt get it to work that way, so i set it up so it would run as my sessions' startup program.
