Apple vs. PC = HELP :) - Page 5

Luckily Marek, OS X has built in spell checking throughout. Pretty much any text box in Safari will underline words red if they're wrong. Right clicking will give you new options. Also if you hover the cursor over a word you don't know you can hit Control+Command (Apple key)+D and it'll bring up a dictionary definition for you.

....isn't linux just great. i love having spell check in GAIM

Luckily I am good at grammar and spelling and don't require a spell checker.

Windows expects the most intelligent people to use their systems, they don't play around with spell checkers and such.*

*HAHAHA, yeah right.

First off, be careful not to make snide comments about someone's spelling such as in a couple posts above this, when you have the mistakes running around in your posts, too. Let's have a look at just this quoted example: "because," not becase, "I ever," not ever I, "their," not they, and "lappies," not lappys, even if neither are actual words, the formatting of the plurality is incorrect.

Now about your comment, specifically, I'm referring to this comment from JFvergara a few above my previous comment...

I dont need to respond to this as ABF has already answered. Granted the Powerbook looks good but if you honestly believe that it's THE best looking laptop out there then there's no changing your mind. Among the ones that are out there Asus computers are pretty sleek looking, even the newest Avertec white notebook blows away the ibook in looks factor.
Indirectly, I am referring to frequent comments I see when people want a "Windows Mac" (ie: the look and etc, minus OSX), or when the usual Mac vs. PC appearance debate is brought up.
