16 inch UXGA sager display: firefox makes mostly all web pages normal size!!!

I have the UXGA 1600x1200 lcd on my 8890...and I know all the other owners of this screen like it a lot for its clarity, but get sort of annoyed when they have to either squint or lower the resolution while web browsing to see the tiny text. In internet explorer you have the option to make the fonts bigger, but it doesn't work for everything and most often you only get part of a page a different size. I was extremely pleased when I downloaded the firefox browser from mozilla and found that I can set a default text size...and low and behold my problem was fixed. I set the default font size to 16 and its like it was on a 1024 resolution.
I know, this seems stupid, but it made me happy..lol
I figured I'd share my discovery with other 8890 UXGA owners
I also use windowblinds to modify windows so it looks readable (and better in my opinion..lol) at the high resolution as well,

As I use my high rez. Vaio as a LTR, and dislike on board mouse functions.....my solution....

1) Firefox
2) USB Trackball optical
3) XP (pro/home)
4) Ctrl and scroll

This enables you to make the whole page as large as you wish, while not having to use the bottom page slider because incorrect aspect ratio......imho....pixels, pixels, pixels....first and foremost... and then the software to manage them.

Native resolution....always the best solution, imo....pixels and more pixels......I will take all that are available.

Disclosure; My opinions are free...DC power however is expensive.

ahhh i love my sxga. i also love the DVI outport so i can run the 21" uxga university screens from my laptop. It is an awesome experience. ;/

World of Warcraft @ 1366 by 768 on my 42" Plasma is something to behold!
