Just a general question,

how do you save money to buy a laptop.
Mine has costed me 1700$ last year, saved on 2 years. With a laptop at 2500$, how do you make money if you are a student, or a poor guy like me

what is the best bank to rob? or how old is your grandma?
How people look at you when you go to school with a big sager monster?

I hope laptops will decrease price in the futur(with china kicking our butt), I think they are still very expensive.2500$-3000$ for a laptop, noway!!!

I think spending that much is almost overkill. Laptop prices have gone down quite a bit. You can get a really good lappy for what you paid. Spending 2500 to 3000 gets you the top of the line stuff that just came out. And all of the newer, more expensive stuff will lose its high value in a couple months.

Even though I'm new here....some of these questions are unbelievable! come on, you need to ask "How do I save for a computer?"

Answer: Get a job, save money, pay important bills, check bank balance,,,,,repeat till you have enough to buy the laptop you want.

hey, I got an idea, Johnhamler...
A-Go find money- since you can't figure out how to buy a laptop.
B-Go drinking, Drink as much as you can...but before you passout, or puke.
C-Borrow your friends car(make sure it has a full tank) and drive it into a tree at full speed... that eliminates you from having to worrying where we get the money to buy our computers.
