Hi to everyone.
After one year of continuing operation, one of the two CPU fans (the small one) makes a very loud annoying sound. I suppose the fan will die in the next hours.
I opened the laptop's base, cleaned it from dust, and I even removed the two-fan-metal-casing unit and gave it a very close examination. Unfortunately I didn't find anything unusual.
So, the sound continues and it gets in my nerves.
Does anyone know if these fans are custom made for ACER, or I can purchase similar fans from a store and replace the faulty one?
I e-mailed Acer in order to purchase the fan, but after one week I got no reply from them.
Can anyone help me?
