Totally off topic, but how does that power supply perform? I have dual 7800GTXs in my sytem so it takes a little more juice than yours would (vid-cards at least, your proc might take more than mine, I dont know) and I have an Antec 550watt, and I hate it. Looking for another brand to buy power supplies from, I like Aspire but they don't seem to have anything with enough plugins for me.

fortron is recommended by dfi-street.com ... a lot of people are happy with it, however, i havent seen anyone use the 500w with dual 7800gtx... but it's completely stable with my 2.75ghz and 7800... 12v and 5v are also stable. i'd recommend it.

Update: Lockheed still has it and is suppose to ship on saturday. I'd prefer to make a trade with him but Elvis and I are also talking and he has second dibbs. SERIOUS traders will be provided with any info they need.

I love my computer and I love the braggin rights I can get but I need a laptop more than I need bragging rights. Help me get rid of it!

His AIM has been away for the last two days. I hope everything turns out ok. But since his AIM has been on constent and he hasn't logged off at night, I suspect he went out of town or he is go0fe.

Well since he hasn't been off his AIM since you shipped I think something came up. The last IM I had was on Saturday asking if you shipped. He does go to college in Houston, TX. Look up his college and call it and see if they can help locate him. Other then that , I really don't know besides talking to whoever you shipped from and telling them what happen and see if they will hold the package until you get this straight. Good luck anyways.

If you're really worried, call UPS and tell them to send the package back to you. I've done this before with Fedex and it was no problem. You're out the shipping costs, but that's a lot better than being out a $2000 computer.

what are you guys doing... he hasnt heard from me for what......... less than a day? and you guys feel the need to bash me? i cant spend 24/7 on notebookforum or my computer. we talked a lot but that was the weekend.. when i had SOME free time.

i logged on xfire yesterday(a client he uses) and didnt see him online (still isnt now). anyway, i talked to cory earlier today (he called me during my bio lab) and everything is fine. he seemed nervous, which is understanable but everything will be sent! im planning to sell my 700m on here and wouldnt want to tarnish my rep. guys, chill out, i have a 18hour courseload! chem/bio/physics + labs = x_x .. im pretty sure i told cory that im a pretty busy dude... i hope he can understand.

well, the package has been sent out earlier today at noon. i had to carry all that mess for about 3/4 of a mile in the hot houston weather across campus. i hope lockheed enjoys the package >_<

your number took about 2 days to show up????? i can take pics of the delivery confirmation piece of paper they gave me...

takes up to 48 hours for a usps shipment to show and unlike ups or fedex you cant track shipment

48 hours?

I sent the package on September 14 at about noon, it's currently September 16 @ 6pm; it's not showing up in the system. I sent it at my University Center (I dunno if that makes a difference) Anyone with input? I tried both the delivery confirmation and the insured numbers... both are a no go and I called USPS and all I got was an automated system... no live operator to talk to.

and i chose "Package Service Parcel" instead of "Priority Mail" What's the difference between the two? The lady helping me was rude because I interrupted her lunch break .. she didnt explain it very well

Any updates on the computer?

I see by UPS that you have recieved The iXPS2.

Its about 6:00 on thursday, wondering if you had any updates on the desktop,

7 day shipping should be tommorow.

I just wanted to know if you like it and if there are any problems?
