Notebook Cooler for 17" Laptops

Does anybody know of a good notebook base cooler for the 17” wide laptops. My 9300 runs fairly cool on it’s own but a buddy of mine has a different 17” laptop and you can fry an egg on it. I’ve looked around a little but all I can find are the small ones for the 12” and 14” laptops. Look’s like a nice thing to have in a desktop replacement environment or a just in case with the desert heat.

Vantec LPC-305 works great.

I'm gonna make my own this weekend hopefully with fans pointed directly under the case fans.

Yeah when I make it. The guy that posted his was nice and i'm going to use that idea but I think the fans should be directly under the GPU/CPU fans for maximum cooling. And really, only two are needed, well maybe three.
I have the Lapcool2 and it works well but, I want a cooler that cools my GPU and CPU not my ram

The Spire Pacific Breeze is a good cooler with LED fans that go well with the XPS 2 and it cools pretty good and it doesn't cost much. Newegg has them in stock.

Coolermaster has a notepal that looks just right, but it’s only 12.6” wide and the 9300 is 15.5” the lapcool2 is also a few inches shy of that width.
I’ve been thinking of making one from scratch, the platform would be easy enough to make, it’s the USB powering the fans that I would wonder about. Guess I could also take parts from a current cooler product and import it into my own platform. I was just hoping there was a product out there already that would satisfy our wider cooling needs.

Read somewhere that the Coolormaster's is not deep enough for the 9300. Anybody used this guy?
BYTECC Notebook Cooling Pad ( Aluminum ) Model NC-500. looks like the fans could be moved around if you needed too, just use a hole saw and drill.

Big fan of the Bytecc on my XPS2. The thing moves alot of air and is fairly quite. Its a little big(1.5 inch back support), but easily fits in my Mobile Edge/Dell deluxe backpack. (/w all the other crap n52,mouse,24 disk,ect...) You can feel the air flowing out the sides and back ,so see no need to mod. I use tubular pipe insulation on the sides, held on by rubberbands, to keep it from touching the laptop during transport.
