Were these there when you got your computer? If so, then that's probably all you're going to have to deal with. In one of the poorest quality issues I've seen to date, companies have decided that these defective screens are acceptable to sell at full price. On the other hand, if these just popped out of nowhere one day, then you should hope another one does, because then you can get your screen replaced by Hypersonic. Here is their standard dead pixel policy:
"Hypersonic will still guarantee that screens with WSXGA+ or higher resolution will have no more than 1 dead/partially-lit pixel in the center screen area and no more than 2 dead/partially-lit pixels outside of the center area."
