Bison Camera use with MSN Messenger

I have tried to get my Bison Camera to work with MSN Messenger on my 9860 but have had no success. The camera works fine to capture video or take pictures. When I try to set it up with Messenger I get an error message that the camera is not working properly on is in use by another program.
I'm sure I am doing something wrong in the set up because the camera works fine stand alone. I just can't figure it out. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong here?

I use yahoo messenger. it works with the bison cam

Just upgrade the latest drivers..that will fix it
