ATI driver mobile catalyst 5.8 does not work with the z70va

This is the error message I got after I installed and ran the program found at http://www.ati.com/online/mobilecatalyst/



Is there a solution to this? Why am I getting this message?

Use the driver provide by asus or look into smiles posts. Most of the omegas work if not all.

this particular screen is from the fact that you don't have Microsoft Frame Network not installed.
Install it and everything will be ok.

alfed is right. I just installed .NETframework 1.1 from windows update and no more error message...the tray icon and utility work just fine.
