For anyone that has ordered an 8890 lately. I got my tracking number this morning. I placed my order late in the day west cost time on Nov. 12. The order was processed early the next morning.
I live in Cali so the tracking number is for shipment to PCTorque. they will receive it on Wednesday and send it back to me to avoid the sales tax. I sent them a special request this morning, because I had originally requested second day shipping. I asked Tom if they can turn it around the same day and bump me up to overnight shipping so I will get it on Friday instead of Monday. I work for JPL so we get Friday off and I will be home to accept the delivery. Tom said that they will do this and charge me the $30 difference in shipping.
Needless to say I am pleased.
