Which of these would be better?

1st time poster Great forum!

Which video card is better? -
ATI Xpress 200m w/ 128mb dedicated
or
ATI Mobility RADEON X600 with 64MB video memory

I am looking at a couple of laptops in the $1000 range and these are the two that I am looking at:

The x600 will murder the xpress 200m, even with less ram.

The x600 will destroy the 200. Mine ran around 1300 on 3dMark05 stock and 1593 overclocked , where the 200 will do around 400-700 stock.

First, I doubt it will even run 05, and if it did, then it would be a score of less than 10.
It gets less than 1500 in 01, so 05 is not anywhere close.
