Serious problems with 3438G

Basically, I'm having serious problems with the screen...

Frequently when I do something taxing for the computer, go into a website, open up a folder, open up a page within another, the screen will go black, the computer will freeze for a few seconds, then it will come back again to where it was before.

I've phoned up FS support who claim as its not happening in safe mode or BIOS its not a hardware problem... so they recommended installing updated drivers, doesnt work... they then told me to reinstall windows, doesnt work...

Anyone had this problem or know any solutions?

I reinstalled updated graphics drivers... didnt happen for a while, then starts again

Bad RAM or graphics maybe. Or maybe small software , like virus or something thats uses up all resources.
If you format and reinstall with recovery cd with unplugged LAN and try it again, without installing anything else, and its still messed up, I would claim warranty.
