Morning All;
Bought an Acer 1692 (14 days ago) , about 2 hours ago (during work hours) the laptop desktop screen became (picture) had become streaked (smeared). Turned off the unit, but when rebooting it no longer displayed the acer boot up screen at the bottom it also showed Phoenix Technologies. I think it could the GPU that went, because even tried to reload the recover disk.
anyone have ideas ?
