I've had my Area-51m for almost a year now, with it I also have a 2 year warranty. I sent in my pc to be repaired in March and mos. later the problems I had in the begining are still occuring. I spent over $4.600 customizing this supposed "work of art" and was wondering since I still have my Warranty, is it possible for Alienware to do trade-off kinda thing. Where I can send them my laptop for a replacement like a Sentia. All this drama isn't worth it, if that were the case I would've purchased a Sony VAIO again, esp. if I spent close to 5 g's on a pc I was hoping would last atleast a bit longer than this. I mainly use my pc for video editing and mp3 encoding, and the occasional web surfing, however right in the middle of converting an mp3 or encoding a film, the HDD light will signal for a long time, the mouse lags, and then the pc will shut off. This is unacceptable!!! I didn't pay a good deal of money to be dissapointed. So can Alienware replace my pc with another model?
