DVD Burner Question

I have been looking around for a DVD DL burner and have noticed on the specs that it says that it only does DL on DVD+R. Are there any burners out there for the pc that will write to both +/- R DL or do they not make -R DL discs?

Good question. I don't think I've recently seen any specs that even differentiated between + or - DL...of course I haven't been paying too much attention to them...I'll look around and post back later.

I do not know if u know , but most DVD DL media on this market are incompatible with DVD burner DL.

so you are going to spend 5-10$ for a media, and you will take the risk that when changing of layer, ur burner will screw up!

buy a good and cheap DVD burner, and stay with the media at 4.7gig.

and to answer to ur question: I think all DL media are +DL and not -DL.

if u have to encode movies,check doom9.org, mrbass.org
