The Precision M20 is CAD-optimized version of the Latitude D610, with a 14.1" conventional aspect ratio screen. Its gpu is the ATI Mobility FireGL V3100 w/ 64MB VRAM which is CAD-optimized from the same core as the ATI X300 (i.e slightly slower but with more emphasis on quality of drawing and stability). It is to the D610 what the M70 is to the D810, with a 15.4" wide screen: but unlike the M70, the M20's gpu is for gaming slightly inferior to its Latitude equivalent rather than markedly superior (the M70's Nvidia QuadroFX Go 1400 is a much more powerful gpu to the the X600 of the D810, the gpu's of the M20 and the D610 are based on the same gpu core). There's a good review here:

There is no Inspiron equivalent to the M20 / D610. The nearest Inspiron equivalent to the D810 is the i6000, but only very roughly.
