Dell 700m with Vista is GREAT =] - Page 2

the looks doesn't appeal to me. beside the themes are there any enhanced features you notice that might lure people into using, oppose to just an updated theme (which everyone seems to be wow'ing about)?

ohh you meant the network card? not wireless? I googled it once before, try going on the boardcom website, they should have it. But you will get an error if u have more than 1gig memory but there is a fix to it. Google will answer your question.

ehhh... i just fiddled some more with vista and it's not all that great... some features are cool (like the new IE with tab browsing) but everything else is iffy.

Well about the memory, I do have more than a gig and should that be the problem. I always thou the more the merrier . I dont mind googling about solving any problem but please, hope you can direct me. thanks.

You have very little or no chance of getting a HTTP download of Vista. I downloaded it via torrent and it only took a couple of hours.

No links to such things on this forum though.

I am still searching for that site i found. I think you have to manually install the 440x com driver. I will continue looking. I can't link anything here. Just go to any torrent sites and search vista 5219
