Just wanted to know if anybody has gotten any third party accessories
that work really well with their Area-51m Laptops. (Gamepads, Speakers, Exteral Sound Cards, Network Stuff Ect.) I would just like to know what is out there and what works from real people that use them.
I personaly have gotten:
LOGITECH MX DUO
wireless keyboard and mouse - I use this so i can run my alienware with the lid cloesd and run it on my 18.1 in lcd monitor. Runs both mouse and key board through 1 USB cable. To top it all off the mouse is rechargeable wich means not having to replace batteries wich is the only reason I did not get wireless keyborad and mouse sooner.
NETGEAR 802.11g wireless router
This wireless router works wonderfully and came very highly rated. It is a little pricey but works great with the Area-51m's internal wireless A+B+G card. I can get full signal any where in my Townhouse. Upstairs, Downstairs, Back Portch. I still want to ge in my car and drive to see how far I can still get my signal.
PSX to USB converter
Picked up this little gem at Radio-Shack for 10 bucks if you have a computer and any PSX controler then you have a fully funtioning game-pad for all your PC games. I have like 10 PSX contolers between my PS and PS2 so this was a great deal plus I have an arcade stick that works with it too. This has been one of the coolest accesories I have found only bad thing is no support for dual shock. (NO RUMBLE EFFECT)
