So I just got a Lenovo Yoga 13. This is my review.
As what I primarily do is writing and programming, having a good keyboard is critical for me, which is why a tablet alone can’t work for me, and...
I have owned dozens of laptops in a variety of brands, and had many different laptops provided for my use at work. Without question, this is the finest I have owned. The Alienware M17x R2 is a...

Thanks for the heads up on the coupon. I'm sure Dell will continue the coupon tradition as they always have because otherwise their quarterly sales are likely to take a dip.
Order placed. thanks for the info..I guess i should change my signature, i dont think i could have afforded the new line of m170, with taxes and everything..im sure i made the most out of my money..Just hope dell doesnt screw me and come out with a 40% off in a few days.

It's good to see coupons that can be used on the 9300/XPS systems. I got lucky and used the 45% coupons from last week to get a specially configured i9300 for myself. I called Dell and made them replace the 3 year warranty with 1 year. All in all I got my system for abour $1250.00.
I've been (not so patiently) sitting on my $2500 for almost a month now, waiting for a 35% off or better deal to order. Tonight I saved almost $1200 off my XPS2 and I can't freaking wait until it arrives!
I came here every day looking for this coupon. I even went trolling at a kiosk this past weekend after hearing all the news of "no more coupons" and they offered me $100 off. After laughing a bit I walked off... I was tempted to blow over $3000 and say screw it anyway. I'm so glad I waited a few more days.

Ship it already!!! hehe
Nice job man, me and you are in the same boat! Keep us posted on your shipping date and all that jazz..also let us know about the quality of your new rig when it arrives
I bet Dell pulls out a 40% coupon this week for the XPS2 and 9300. They will want to get rid of the remaining stock before the 7800 upgrade. Word to the wise: don't buy them this week cause the next gen is coming!

Probably true, but I won't quibble over 5%. In my case I need a new laptop for some graphics and research work ASAP. Didn't quite need top of the line, but given the reduced price, it certainly doesn't hurt.
Though I'm happy as all hell that I won't have to upgrade or by an xbox 360 to play elder scrolls: oblivion! The current gen2 should handle it just fine.
If Dell does release a new 40% off coupon within your 21 day return period, simply call them up and go directly to returns. When you get on, tell them you bought it and there is now a 40% off coupon and you want the difference refunded to you or you are returning the laptop.
It works no problems. I bought my second iXPS2 2 weeks ago using the last 30% off coupon. I saw the 35% off coupon yesterday, called Dell, walked the returns person through the website, gave new code, they verified it, and credited my credit card back the difference.
Plus, if the m170 really does come with the GeForce7800, I can still always return the iXPS2 for a full refund, as I still am under return period till end of month.
Dell has a 15% restocking fee on all returns which went into effect on September 12, 2005 so you better think twice about ordering and returning a $2,000+ laptop.
