Need help find my video card driver !

I had ATi 9600 in my averatec 6100 laptop, problem find a new update driver,the one in ATI site driver won't work, catastl driver not working this one, anyone suggestion or know the source>

I can't be certain that the implementation of the Mobility Radeon 9600 in the Averatec will be supported by the mobility drivers, however, I believe there is a compatibility test before installation:

I'm posting this under the assumption that you tried the "standard" Catalyst drivers.

I have noticed with all the ATi products I have used, that their drivers are picky upon installation. I find that to get some ATi drivers to install correctly, you need to uninstall all the previous versions first, restart, then install the new ones. I have even had that happen when I was upgrading the cat drivers on a 9800 XT GPU.
