Perhaps your system maybe overheating? Noticed exceptionally HOT air blowing out the vents? Feel the laptop underneath after heavy usage (watching DVDs, while surfing the internet and making MP3s, something EXHAUSTIVE for the CPU), and then again after it locks-up in Halo. Does it feel any different?
Does it do this with any OTHER games?
How "FRESH" is the OS install?
