First try, I didn't scrape dots, put a normal amount of conductive paint, didn't install drivers after install and left the paint to dry for about 40 minutes. mod didn't work
Second try, I didn't scrape dots, put a lot of conductive paint, didn't install drivers and left the paint to dry for 40 minutes. Mod didn't work
Third try, scraped dots, put even more conductive paint, left the paint to dry for 7 hours and installed new omegas after mod.
I think what did it was either the scraping of the dots, or that I left it to dry for 7 hours.
Anticizen, what stock speed 3d mark 2005 do you have?
Maybe if I overclock my p4 3.4 to 3.6 Ghz I will have a chance to brake it.
Have you tried overclocking your cpu?
EDIT: Just tried overclocking.
With Latest Omegas set at Maximum Performance @ 398/351
Clocked @ 3.4 Ghz 4421
Overclocked @ 3.5 Ghz 4440
Overclocked @ 3.6 Ghz 4469
Anticizen, I think this will give you the edge to break the 5k barrier. I will try overclocking the memory as well and see if there is any difference.
overclocked to 3.5 ghz 4440
