Hey guys, just ordered an Area 51m...
In phase 3 at the moment and was flicking through a few forums. The general bad point that kept coming up was that the customer support is crap and apparently you're going to need to use it, unless your extremely lucky.
Then I found this site and have flicked through a few of the threads, and you've pretty much restored my confidence hehe. Still the point of Customer Support at the back of my head though.. along the lines of 'once they get your money you're on your own'. And yet their support lines seem pretty impressive, being 24/7 etc.
Any of you guys got anything to say on this? Couldn't find anything on other threads here. Cheers :-)
