ok man, i have been on ur side this whole time, we have all given you advice. stop beating a dead horse and do what ur gonna do. u know now that u do not have to pay for the damn thing, which means u can pay your rent on time and wont have to sell your speakers. if u feel that bad for the guy that works at a company that isnt going to go out of business over this one sale then go pickup the keyboard pay $53.50 for it out of your rent money, sell your speakers to recover the loss, let a 2nd keyboard sit in your closet for a year and go cry about it. otherwise dont ever call the guy again and check your credit card/bank statement and make sure if u get charged that u file a complaint. its done, move on to the next dumb thread :P. not trying to be mean or anything man, just tired of hearing u plead ur case over and over.

this is a physcho im dealing with. the cops showed up at my place tonight, and what do you know he was with them. they said i have to pay him. i said no, then they said "well then youll have to come into the station" so i go in and argue my case getting nowhere. i kept telling them "i signed no papers" and all they could do for me was to give me 1 week to pay the bill. wtf???? the cops even accused me of theft since i blocked my card. Im at home right now, so pissed. they wrote me up for mischief and have a form with me that i have to bring down to that bastard to pay up, and he sends it to the station to confirm. if not, then they will come arrest me on my property.

WTF!!!!!

he had them bring in a product and told them to do so, in other words he ordered it with the understanding he would be purchasing it at an agreed price. thus the company brought it in for him and expected to be paid since they had paid to bring it in... now he is refusing to pay....

dude, call a lawyer, you can get some bad ass lawsuits out of this. You're never obligated to pay for anything, EVER. No going to jail. Maybe a court appearance and a settlement, but never jail. Call the cops bluff, he's probably friends with them. Call a lawyer, and sue!!!!! You never have to pay ESPECIALLY if you didnt sign a contract, despite the fact it may have been special ordered. Don't ignore this advice, get a lawyer and go to civil court.

I cant imagine a store/dealer going through all this for $53. Sounds like a load of BS to me. People order crap every day and dont pick it up/come in a pay for it. I think cops got better things to do than stuff suggested here. Gimme a break
