I got an IOGear BT Mouse from newegg for my Asus W3V, and it isn't working
well at all. The computer only detects the mouse when it is actually on the palmrest, and it is unusably sluggish (like 2 seconds late).

I charged the batteries that came with it, and even bought fresh new ones; also, I don't have anything nearby that is causing interference. I have windows XP Home completely up to date, and just downloaded the latest BT drivers from the Asus website, so that isn't the problem.

As a last result, I RMAed the mouse to newegg, and they sent out a new one--the exact same problem, so it isn't the mouse itself

It is either an incompatibility bug between W3V and the IOgear mouse, a defective BT chip in my W3V, or the crappy Tosiba BT stack (which I have tried replacing, without any luck).

Can someone help me out here

Thanks in advance!
