ALienware hear me.............

hello, Everybody


This is my story about Alienware guys please don't flame me......
I'm from Indonesia, ok so if you know where that is......thanks,and i'm not thoose with terorrist one, and a lot of people here hate those guys too. On August 26, My Aunt went to US, Florida to take her son for studying In US and i got a change to get the best computer system in the world (in my opinion)"ALienware" and I'm very exciting, I have cousin who lived there also, since they didn't ship here so i ask them to ship to my cousin house so my aunt can pick up the system then bring it to here, Me and my cousin configure the system together online so i make sure the spec are the same. I can call The UK Alienware base to send it to me but, i read a lot of people in this forum had a problem sometimes in their computer so that's way i need my cousin to check them first in case something happend it still in US and i don't have to send it for repair......ok, On the 30 i called, ask about my system, How is it......when will the system arrive........and she said your system will be arriving on the September 5 so ok things are went smooth couse my aunt will leaving on 11. Then my cousin called me that she said something went wrong last time and my system has not been made yet.......well i know she was lying.....but i guess i have to follow her anyway....so i ask her to configure my system one more time this time with phone, I want her to talk with the Alienware guy so i can listen her while she's on the phone with Alienware CS......DONE....everything when smooth also....but my system won't be arrive by the time my auntie leaving.....I'm very sad cause i thought i can I'll save the shipping cost to here.....anyway i said it's ok....just make sure my system is working fine. Then she said ok......."I'll make sure your sytem wil be check with my husband which his job dealing with a lot computer
stuff" so i know my computer is in good hand......cause I heard from my family
that her husband knows alot of computer stuff and working with a quite well known computer realated company in US.......Then...i ask her how much my total cost for my computer including the shipping and she said around $ 3,300
anyway, ok i ask her when will the system arrive in here the she said...well around October 10 " GOD that's long.....i told her to get the Fedex with express one...ok done.....she said maybe 8...... the system will arrive cause your system had something "may delay your order" well ok anyway,just make sure my system working fine.......well days gone by.....me and my wife planning to get new table and guys do you know the JBL Encounter i'm planning to get those to match my Alienware cuase it's perfect match and i'm also looking for new start up sound which i found it cool to have "Spaceman" song......But, this morning 1 November i recieve a phone call that my aunt told me my system won't be arriving cause my causin financial credit was not approve by Alienware she asked me what do you want to do.......do you want to cancel ?.....i was wondering to myself for GOD sake......i gave her the money to buy the system why on earth she want
pay by credit.............because she want to use my money for something else......? my hope to get the best computer system is almost fade.............
Alienware is the hardest computer to find.....before.....i looked Hongkong,Singapore,Japan NONE.........Australia...........well not much known their service.....i know Alienware had base there.......but......I'm torn right know so please guys.......any suggestion.......please......or help........

It sounds like your aunt is paying with a credit card? If so it's a good idea because it will give the buyer extra protection in case something goes "wrong"

* Edit: Tell your aunt to pay for the laptop or give you your money back.... NOW!!!!!! Explain how you don't appreciate how you gave her alot of money to do you a favor, which she agreed to and now she's screwing you. If she doesn't comply, well use your imagination.

I've visited Indonesia on a number of occasions and have spent some time in country...Sumatra, Bali and Kalimantan. I tried my hardest to communicate with and understand the different peoples. At one point I could actually speak and understand the Bahasa, well at resturaunts, hotels and mama san anyway.

Believe me when I say this was not written by an Indonesian and is a fake, a piss poor one at that.

Where in Indonesia do you reside wing x? I have never met an Indonesian that uses the American/English phrasing you have chosen and I've met almost everyone in your country...

Just someone having fun making using the forums as their personal joke blog. Like you said, not a foreigner. Boyd is correct Kingpodge. If you want to doubt it I can get my brother-in-law who teaches English as a second laguage and is proficient in Korean and speaks Chinese and Japanese as well to chim in. He has masters' degrees in his field and teaches and a major university.

My Cambodian midgets say he is full of it.

if you are for real, then i suggest that you tell your "auntie" to give you your money back, and when you next order your pc, send alienware a money order for $3300.

Also about the "saving delivery charges" it would of cost your auntie a crap load of money to take that pc on a plane, Have you seen the size of the boxes ? you would need the price of another seat to take it back to "jakarta".

My advice is cut out the middle woman and go online and order your pc yourself and send AW a money order/wire transfer and just get AW to send the pc to your house, as you have seen, getting family members to do shit, normally ends up in a fuk up...

If your auntie has stoled your money and using it to claim political asylum in the USA and start off a new life, well i guess you will just have to save up and hunt her down and kick her in the nuts for the bloke that she is....
