please guys i need help

You all know how in my sig it says that I am getting a ThinkPad for school? Well, ThinkPads are frikkin dam expensive so Im reducing my Inspiron budget.
I configured a 6000d on Dell's site for $1093 with these specs:

Pentium M 1.73GHZ

WSXGA Screen

512 RAM

128mb X300

Will this do okay for games such as BF2 or would something else be better?
I was also thinking about a 9300 with these specs:

Pentium M 1.73GHZ

WXGA Screen

512 RAM

Nvidia Geforce Go 6800 256mb

Will the 6000d be enough?

It should be able to play it on medium settings. Don't expect high settings play from the x300 card, but it will be decent.

A gamer would want the 9300 just for the 6800. I got rid of my previous Compaq X1000 because of poor graphics performance. Get the most you can afford. If portability is important, get the I6000, and game less.
