Includes box, software, player, battery, cables, charger, headphones (sennheiser, not the original ones), carry case & 2 tripods.
20Gb HD, plays AVI, WMV, MPEG 4, MP3, WMA, JPG.
Great video player, used it on my lunch break to catch up with my tivo'd shows, and would use it in the car for mp3's. In great condition, has always been kept in it's case when i'm not watching movies, no scratches, no dead pixels on screen.
Looking to trade for a PSP or sell for $240 shipped. Bought from newegg for $350.
